Michael Kugan
Mike Kugan is VP of Operations and Co-founder of SolidCAD. Born in the former USSR, Michael earned his Masters in Electromechanical Engineering. Before starting Solid Cad Inc. in 1994, Michael spent 12 years in the aerospace industry. Michael Headed the Quality Assurance group for the Engineering Division of Israel Aerospace Industries, a company that employs over 25,000 people and leads the world in the design and engineering of aviation equipment.

Once in Canada, Michael joined the Magna group of companies where he held various roles both within the design as well as customer facing roles. Since its inception Michael has managed the growth at SolidCAD carefully, never wavering from his commitment to customer service. Michael continues to lead the team in delivering superior solutions to our customers.

Paul Forman
Paul D. Forman is President and co-founder of SolidCAD. Paul earned his Masters of Computer Science and immediately joined Manufacturers Life Insurance Company as a Programmer Analyst. Paul rose through the ranks to become a Senior Executive responsible for Corporate Information Technology. His strength was management and analysis - his passion was delivering value added customer service.

In 1994 Paul embarked on his first entrepreneurial venture when he purchased Caddgroup Educational Services. His vision was to expand from a niche government based vocational training provider to a broad based corporate training enterprise. In 1999 he achieved his goal through a merger to form SolidCAD. Since the merger, the company has continued its growth from the smallest MCAD and BSD Autodesk reseller in Ontario to become the largest in both categories since 2003 in Canada. Strong management, valued solutions and unsurpassed customer service continue as the cornerstones of our success.
