  • Important Update Regarding Covid-19


    Dear Valued Customer,

    SolidCAD has been tracking developments around the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the personal health of all our clients and employees is our primary concern.

    In light of this, we think it’s important you understand what we are doing to keep the staff at our organization and yours safe.  Our SolidCAD sales and technical teams are working remotely to ensure the continuity of our support for your business.  Our personnel working remotely have full access to the tools and data needed to deliver quality support and services you have come to expect from us.  There are however a few notable exceptions to activities we have normally offered that deserve to be mentioned.

    Marketing Events & Open Enrollment Training
    In our support of socially responsible actions we have made the decision to move all our scheduled in-person marketing events online or reschedule them to a later date. In addition, all future public enrollment training classes will also be offered online.  We have done this with the understanding of your growing concerns around the spread of COVID-19, and we hope that this will help protect community health.

    If you have registered for any marketing events occurring within the next 90 days, you will receive communications from our marketing department with access of a new registration link to attend the event online.

    SolidAssist Technical Support
    For those that need support, our SolidAssist line (1-877-438-2231) remains available to reach our team.  We will continue to offer the assistance we can and escalate where necessary.

    Sales Support
    For sales support, our account managers will continue to share with you remote training and service options, communicate any policy updates from our vendors and deliver quality customer service in these remote engagements.  If there are any changes in your business where we can offer additional assistance please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    The situation with Coronavirus is ever changing and we will continue to monitor developments and react appropriately regarding SolidCAD’s support and communication to our customers.
