We have been working closely to ensure you are kept up to date with all the changes this may bring to your day-to-day business.

Beginning this week, Autodesk is launching the Extended Access Program previously announced by Andrew. Through this program, Autodesk will allow the free use of participating cloud collaboration products for commercial purposes via product trials until May 31, 2020 for customers who do not already subscribe to them and/or need extended access to support additional users. This gives our customers access to solutions to support remote collaboration as they work from home, since many are now restricted from working in an office.
Products and services offered are the following:
Customers can take advantage of this offer until May 31, 2020, and Autodesk will continue to evaluate if a potential expansion of the program needs to occur.
For other resources visit: COVID-19 Autodesk Resource Center.
Use the COVID-19 specific download form to access your free FME licenses. The license will be active until at least September 30, 2020.
To ensure we see your COVID-19 questions and requests, please include “COVID-19” in your subject line or the first sentence of your support case, email, or live chat message.
You may also post a question in the Safe Software, Community and use the topic “COVID-19”.
If COVID-19 is putting a financial strain on yourself or your company, but you would like to use FME for projects unrelated to COVID-19, the free license programs may be an option for you.
