Civil 3D Advanced Pressure Networks (Online)
September 9, 2024 - September 9, 2024
8:30 am - 4:30 pm ET
Description
Trainer: David Hill
Version: 2024
Description: Watermain design is a key part of every land development project and Civil 3D has tools to design and draft them. The workflow when creating pressure networks consists of selecting locations in the drawing to define a pipe run along which, pipes and bend fittings are generated. You can define and model a pipe run in both plan and profile views. One or more pipe runs generated from common part lists can be joined to create an independent pressure network.
Set-up: Online Training is fulfilled remotely. Students attend the class via an internet connection from their home or office.
All participants are required to have:
1. A reliable internet connection with 20+ MBPS download speed and 10+MBPS upload speed.
2. A computer with two monitors, configured as an extended desktop, minimum 1920×1080 resolution on both screens.
3. A computer that meets the minimum hardware requirements of the design application, with the design application installed, activated and working properly.
