Matterport Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • You must have obtained a return number (RMA)
  • Only hardware purchased directly from SolidCAD is eligible for return under this policy.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Return Period:

  •    You may return the hardware within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned hardware, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the hardware is found to be in its original condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to SolidCAD.
  • It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • SolidCAD will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Shipping Fees:

  •  The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the return process.

Exceptions:

  •    The following situations may affect your eligibility for a full refund:
    1. If the hardware has been damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
    2. If any accessories, manuals, or packaging are missing or damaged.
    3. If the return request is made after the 10-day return period.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please email matterport@solidcad.ca
  • Provide your order details, the reason for the return, and any relevant information to assist us in processing your request.
  • We will issue you a return number (RMA)
