TORONTO, ON, July 31, 2015 — Cansel, a software, hardware, and service provider to engineering, surveying, construction, architecture, and government industries, announced today that it has merged its Ontario Autodesk business unit into SolidCAD Solutions, an Autodesk Platinum Value Added Reseller (VAR) specializing in solutions for the building, civil, process and power, and manufacturing industries. Cansel has purchased an equity stake in this enhanced enterprise.
SolidCAD Solutions’ team of Autodesk experts has over 27 years’ experience streamlining processes and optimization of Autodesk technology. With Autodesk specializations in multiple industries, SolidCAD provides a complete range of professional services and extensive training through their Autodesk Authorized Training Centre. This equity agreement merges the two strongest Canadian Autodesk Application Specialist teams, allowing clients of both companies a broader range of custom professional services and product expertise. The united organization will operate under the SolidCAD Solutions banner.
