VAULT FOR DESIGNERS

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This program teaches the fundamentals of Autodesk Vault as it relates to the daily activities of a typical CAD designer. By attending, users will be taught the principals of interacting with Vault for file security, versioning, searching, design copy and tasks related to the proper maintenance of Vault.

Upon completion, users will understand how to access the vault, find and re-use data more efficiently and make use of history-capturing functionality to safely explore “what if” scenarios within their designs.

This course assumes a prior implementation of Autodesk Vault has already been completed. As a result, the Autodesk Vault course is a typical complement to the Autodesk Inventor Introduction course for a new hire. The specific duration and content of this course is determined by the Inventor releases and Vault flavor which will be covered.
