Administering Cloud Shared Licensing

The new cloud shared licensing (CSL) feature of CTC’s customer portal provides the ability to easily license all users, whether or not they have corporate network connectivity. It’s analytics tools enable understanding how and when users are leveraging the efficiencies of CTC’s products. However, this environment must be administered to be certain the correct users are getting the correct licenses when needed.
