What’s Changed in BIM Collaborate Pro & Docs—and What It Means for Your Projects

Autodesk Construction Cloud is now part of Autodesk Forma, combining several tools into a single platform. As part of this change, BIM Collaborate Pro is now Forma Design Collaboration, and Document Management (Docs) has been renamed Data Management and includes a number of usability updates, such as better handling of AutoCAD files, improved transmittals, more flexibility with reviews, and expanded markup tools.

Markups can now be tied to specific revisions, linked to issues, and reused across documents. Model Coordination has been refreshed with a clearer dashboard and more control over how teams find and manage clashes. Insight has also been updated with new AI assistant, easier dashboard sharing, improved reporting options, and more detailed issue data.
