Eligibility:
- You must have obtained a return number (RMA)
 - Only hardware purchased directly from SolidCAD is eligible for return under this policy.
 - The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
 
Return Period:
- You may return the hardware within 10 days from the date of purchase.
 
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the returned hardware, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
 - If the hardware is found to be in its original condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
 
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to SolidCAD.
 - It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.
 - SolidCAD will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
 
Shipping Fees:
- The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the return process.
 
Exceptions:
- The following situations may affect your eligibility for a full refund:
 
- 
- If the hardware has been damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
 - If any accessories, manuals, or packaging are missing or damaged.
 - If the return request is made after the 10-day return period.

 - Provide your order details, the reason for the return, and any relevant information to assist us in processing your request.
 - We will issue you a return number (RMA)
