PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
Privacy legislation in Canada defines “personal information” broadly as any information about an identifiable individual such as name, age, contact information, ID numbers and income.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We are responsible under applicable privacy legislation for the personal information in our possession or control. This includes personal information we receive directly or indirectly from Users or others. We have established policies and procedures with the objective of protecting personal information and have appointed a Privacy Officer to oversee privacy matters for our firm. HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.

Advertising – Ads appearing on our site may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. We collect personal information by fair and lawful means and, where appropriate, directly from the Users. Wherever possible, we limit the amount of personal information we collect, use or disclose to that necessary and appropriate for the operation of our business.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

We provide an ongoing opt-out opportunity at the bottom of each email. Alternatively, Users may opt-out by contacting us through our website or by using the contact information provided below.

When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email (if you have provided us with your email address).
