Main Eligibility Conditions
Autodesk is pleased to announce the return of 0% financing through March 24, 2023.
New for Q4:
- All deals exceeding $400,000 will require exception approval so that we can ensure both Autodesk and the Lenders are able to support them in this rapidly rising interest rate environment.

Aside from those changes, the offer will maintain the same structure from Q3:
- For deals under $400,000, exceptions are required only for deals containing “Excluded” products from Table 1 in the FAQ
- Deals requesting a DDA (deal discount approval) in addition to 0% Financing require an approved exception
- All deals must meet or exceed the minimum required deal size of $10,000
Availability of 0% Financing is subject to customer credit approval, eligibility, and criteria as defined by the partnering financial institutions. Autodesk is not providing financing. Annual payment terms between customers and partnering financial institutions are required.
